Yes. AIMMMCR is recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) for 100 MBBS seats. Two batches have been enrolled (2024 and 2025-26). Student data is publicly disclosed under NMC MSR Clause 3.3(a) on the official website. Multiple AERB licenses for CT scan and X-ray units and a Blood Bank License are also held.

Annual tuition fee is approximately ₹13,00,000/year for AY 2025-26 (state quota), totalling ~₹58,50,000 for 4.5 years, subject to revision by the Chhattisgarh State Fee Determination Committee.
