Multiple cafeterias and canteen outlets spread across the 120-acre campus serve hot meals, snacks, beverages, and diverse cuisine options throughout the day. The campus canteen provides good food and is popular among students for its variety and affordability.

12 hostel blocks (5 for boys and 7 for girls) providing accommodation for over 2,000 students. Rooms are available in single, double, and triple-sharing configurations with attached bathrooms, 24/7 WiFi, and power backup. Hostel mess serves diverse, hygienic meals. Common rooms with recreational facilities are available in each block.

Each of the 12 B.E. departments has its own dedicated building with well-equipped, state-of-the-art laboratories. Labs for computer science, electronics, mechanical, aeronautical, and biotechnology departments are regularly updated with the latest equipment and software tools relevant to industry standards.

AIT has VTU Research Centre recognition across multiple departments (since 2004). Centres of Excellence for Aeronautics, AI and Data Science, and Mechanical Design have been set up in collaboration with industry partners, supporting advanced student and faculty research.

Comprehensive sports infrastructure including a cricket ground (Acharya Premier League), football field (Acharya Football League), basketball courts, volleyball courts, badminton courts, table tennis facilities, and a gymnasium. The institute supports NCC activities and organises inter-college sports competitions.

An on-campus medical centre staffed by qualified medical professionals providing first aid, OPD consultations, and emergency care. The facility ensures student health and wellness with 24/7 availability of basic medical support and referral services to nearby hospitals.
