APITCE offers three pharmacy programmes: B.Pharm (4 years, 60 seats), M.Pharm (2 years, 45 seats across 3 specialisations), and D.Pharm (2 years, 60 seats). Total combined intake is approximately 138 students per year.

B.Pharm admissions are through CUET UG scores via UPTAC counselling. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics with minimum 50% marks.

The total 4-year B.Pharm fee is approximately Rs. 3,40,000 (tuition). Annual fee is approximately Rs. 85,000. Hostel fee is Rs. 50,000–70,000/year additionally.

M.Pharm is available in three specialisations: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Pharmacology. Each specialisation has 15 seats. Admission is based on GPAT score.
