22-floor hostel building. Hostel fee: ₹1,000 for entire 5.5-year MBBS course. Double occupancy (1st year) → single room from 2nd year. Furnished with bed+mattress, study table, chair, almirah. Balcony in some rooms. Water purifiers and coolers on every floor. Wi-Fi throughout. 3 lifts (1×25-person + 2×10-person). CCTV 24×7. Hostel stay MANDATORY – no outside accommodation allowed. Mess: ₹3,500–₹4,000/month (4 meals: breakfast, lunch, evening tea, dinner). South Indian dishes, non-veg on alternate days. Multiple messes available. PG resident hostel on campus (hostel deducted nominally from stipend).

Started with 250 beds, expanding to 750 (ongoing) with plans for 3,000. Currently treating 1,200+ patients daily. OPD (40 rooms), IPD functional block, 34 departments. Students benefit from high patient load as Deoghar had no good medical facilities before AIIMS.
