AIIMS Gorakhpur does not have a formal placement cell. MBBS graduates typically take NEET-PG or INI-CET for postgraduate medical education. Residents and fellows also pursue opportunities in government hospitals, private hospitals, research institutions, and academic positions in India and abroad. Nearly all graduates secure residencies or PG seats given the AIIMS brand.
