Admission to B.Arch at AIT-SAP is based on valid scores in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture), JEE Main Paper 2, or UPCET (B.Arch). Candidates must have 10+2 with PCM and minimum 50% marks.

The computer labs at AIT-SAP are equipped with AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, Revit, Maya, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, CorelDraw, PageMaker, and MS Office — all industry-standard tools for architecture and design practice.

The current approved intake for the B.Arch program at AIT-SAP is 120 students per academic year, as per COA and AKTU approval.
