An eight-storey modern academic building housing all pre-clinical and para-clinical departments. Features air-conditioned classrooms fitted with projectors and speakers, fully equipped laboratories (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine), skill labs, dissection halls, and museums. Spacious enough for the full batch of 250 students.

A two-storey central library with an extensive collection of medical textbooks, reference books, journals, and periodicals. A digital library section offers Wi-Fi and access to e-books and online medical databases. A dedicated SC/ST literature section is also available.

BMCRI is affiliated with five major government hospitals providing 3,000+ total beds: Victoria Hospital (1,000+ beds), Vani Vilas Hospital (Obstetrics and Pediatrics), Bowring & Lady Curzon Hospital (multi-specialty), Minto Ophthalmic Hospital (eye care super-specialty), and PMSSY Super Specialty Hospital (AIIMS-level upgrade).

Separate hostel blocks for boys (Bheema, Thunga, Varuna) and girls. Triple-sharing rooms at a nominal annual fee of INR 500. Mess serves hygienic food with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Free shuttle bus service available.
