at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) — Training School / Student's Corner, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Eligibility: Engineering graduates who clear the OCES/DGFS Selection Interview and independently secure admission to M.Tech in a DGFS-listed specialization at IIT Bombay or IIT Madras in the same academic year

Note: DGFS Fellows are DAE employees throughout — paid the same monthly stipend as OCES TSOs (approx. Rs. 74,000/month for the 2026 cycle) with tuition fees at the sponsoring IIT paid by DAE. On successful completion, DGFS Fellows who studied at IIT Bombay are placed at BARC; those at IIT Madras are placed at IGCAR. OCDF trainees must score minimum 35% in each subject and 50% aggregate to pass. | ||
