MBBS admissions are through KNRUHS Telangana centralized NEET UG counselling. Seat matrix: Cat A (50%, ~75 seats), Cat B (35%, ~52 seats), Cat C (15%, ~23 seats). BMC provides separate UG girls' hostel and boys' hostel (both with mess and 24-hour security), PG hostel with mess, staff quarters for faculty and senior/junior residents, non-teaching staff quarters, and a nursing hostel β all within the campus. All campus residents receive free medical treatment, 24x7 free investigative services, and free ambulance services. Self-defense classes for girl students (first year, free, 1 hour/week during college hours) and free yoga classes after college hours are provided. BMC has an outstanding library housed in a separate building with 15,552 books, 95 Indian journals, 48 foreign journals, and 2,725+ online journals, plus 500 online books. Library is open 8 AM to 10 PM daily and until midnight during exams. Medlar system provides a 24-hour e-library with 42 dedicated terminals. Nirantar is a 24-hour reading room for students. All departments have their own departmental libraries in addition to the central library.
