Sports & Recreation
The campus includes sports and recreational facilities. Available sports include badminton courts, table tennis courts, and a large ground suitable for cricket and other outdoor sports. The college encourages extracurricular participation and has an active Students' Council.

Lecture Theatres & Classrooms
BMC Burdwan has multiple lecture theatres equipped with audiovisual facilities. As per student feedback, lecture theatres and necessary laboratories are available across departments, though WiFi and smart board integration in classrooms is an ongoing area of improvement. Seminar halls are available for department-level academic events.

Laboratories
Well-equipped pre-clinical and para-clinical laboratories including Anatomy Dissection Halls, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, and Forensic Medicine labs. BMC hosts the ICMR-DHR Viral Research and Diagnostic Laboratory (VRDL), Regional Viral Load Laboratory (RVLL), and National Viral Hepatitis Control Programme (NVHCP) laboratory – all within the Microbiology Department. The ICMR Hospital-Based Cancer Registry (HBCR) unit under the TCCC Division supports institutional cancer research.

Hostel
Separate boys' and girls' hostel buildings are available on campus. Boys-to-girls ratio approximately 2:1. The girls' hostel is noted for its safety standards among West Bengal government medical colleges. Hostel amenities include study rooms, recreational / common rooms, mess facilities, and basic utilities. Hostel allotment is merit-based.

Campus Infrastructure
BMC&H is located in Babubag, Rajbati, Burdwan – approximately 2 km from Bardhaman Junction Railway Station. The campus includes the main hospital building, teaching departments, administrative block, lecture theatres, hostels, staff quarters, playground, and student common areas. The college has an active alumni association. NIRF data has been submitted by the institution for 2024, reflecting compliance with national transparency norms.

Central Library
BMC's central library is stocked with a comprehensive collection of standard medical textbooks, reference books, Indian and international medical journals, and digital e-resources.
