CMCH Bhopal was established in 2010 by the Chirayu Charitable Foundation. It was formally recognized by the Medical Council of India (now NMC) after its inspection in 2011 and has grown to become the 4th ranked private medical college in Madhya Pradesh.

CMCH Bhopal has 150 MBBS seats annually. 15% are filled via MCC All India Quota and 85% via DME MP state quota (including management and NRI sub-quotas via web counselling).
