CMSDH has the latest Medical Skills Laboratory for simulation-based clinical training under the Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) framework. Departmental museums house anatomical specimens, pathological specimens, and educational models. Well-equipped, modernised, and technology-driven lab equipment is available across all pre-clinical (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology) and para-clinical (Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine) departments. The 17.63-acre campus provides open spaces for recreational activities. However, student reviews note that there is no specific dedicated playground or organised sports ground on campus – this is noted as an area for improvement. Indoor facilities and club activities (arts, debate, social service) are available. The annual Asterica Fest (6 days) and Alfresco (Freshers' Welcome) are the flagship recreation events.
