DMMC Nagpur has 150 MBBS seats (expanding to 250 from AY 2025-26). 100% seats are through MCC All India Deemed University Counselling. No Maharashtra State Quota — candidates from any state or country are equally eligible.

Annual MBBS fee at DMMC Nagpur is approximately INR 23–24 lakh per year (AY 2024-25). Fees increase by 7.5% per year as per DMIHER policy. Total for 4.5 years approximately INR 1.03–1.10 crore. Hostel and examination fees are additional.
