DDMCH is a relatively new medical college (MBBS operations from 2022). No formal placement data published yet. Post-MBBS pathways: NEET PG for MD/MS, Odisha government health services (OPSC medical officer cadre), compulsory bond service in government hospitals, district and CHC postings, and private hospital employment in Keonjhar-Bhubaneswar-Cuttack corridor. The mineral belt location (Keonjhar-Joda-Barbil region has major Tata, SAIL, and Arcelor Mittal operations) also provides private sector medical employment opportunities. MBBS internship stipend as per DMET Odisha norms.
