BSAMCH has a highly affordable fee structure for a government college in Delhi. For Delhi State Quota students: Annual tuition ₹75,000 + University charges ₹18,000 + Student activity fee ₹10,000 = approximately ₹83,000–₹1,03,000/year (all charges). Security deposit: ₹10,000 (one-time, refundable). Total 5.5-year MBBS cost (all inclusive including hostel): approximately ₹5.55 lakhs (Collegedunia 2025). For All India Quota (AIQ) students, the annual fee is approximately ₹1,33,000/year. Hostel fee: ₹12,000/year additional (limited seats). Internship stipend: approximately ₹22,000/month. A compulsory service bond applies after MBBS — penalty for non-compliance.

NEET UG 2024 AIQ cutoffs: General opening rank 385, closing rank 1,650; OBC opening 2,020, closing 2,446; overall all-categories closing rank 17,899. NEET UG 2025 overall AIQ closing rank: 49,964 (all categories); General category ~1,650–2,000 (estimated). Delhi State Quota (IPU-CET 2024): General/Open closing rank 3,438; OBC 6,710. For NEET PG 2024 (DNB): General 2,277–15,487; most competitive DNB Dermatology & Venereology (rank ~1,900). Minimum NEET score of 550+ marks recommended for General AIQ; 530+ for state quota. BSAMCH has 125 NMC-approved MBBS seats per year. 15% (19 seats) are All India Quota (AIQ) filled through MCC counselling; 85% (106 seats) are Delhi State Quota filled through GGSIPU counselling. For Delhi State Quota eligibility, candidates must have studied Class 11 and 12 in a recognised Delhi school. Reservation norms: SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD as per Delhi Government norms for state quota and central government norms for AIQ. BSAMCH is the only government medical college in North and North-West Delhi.

BSAMCH is attached to Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital (BSAH) — a 540-bedded multi-specialty government hospital located on the same 29.4-acre campus. The hospital offers general specialties (Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, OBG, Dermatology, Psychiatry, ENT, Ophthalmology, Anaesthesiology, Pathology, etc.) and super-specialties (Neurosurgery, Nephrology, Urology, Medical Oncology, Neurology, Paediatric Surgery, Endocrinology, Vascular Surgery, Gastroenterology, Pulmonary Critical Care, etc.). It has 10 OTs and well-equipped ICUs. The hospital is the only tertiary care public hospital serving North-West Delhi's 30+ lakh residents. Clinical exposure begins early — the college campus is virtually integrated with the hospital. Students attend OPD, ward rounds, and clinical postings under senior faculty supervision.
