Yes. As confirmed by MBBSCouncil.com: 'After MBBS course completion in Dr KP Medical College, candidates should undergo compulsory rural service. KMCRI Bharuch is a Private Self-Finance medical college operating under the Brownfield PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model as per Gujarat Health Policy 2016. It is managed by Rudraksh Academy Private Limited (RAPL), Vadodara. Under this model, the Government of Gujarat has provided the New Civil Hospital Campus, Bharuch (including land, buildings, and staff) on a 33-year lease to RAPL. It is affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and NMC-approved. It is the only medical college in Bharuch district.

Clinical training at KMCRI is conducted at General Hospital Bharuch (New Civil Hospital Campus, Bharuch) – the same campus where the college is located. This government district hospital has been given on lease to RAPL under the PPP agreement and has approximately 300–600 beds (with ongoing expansion), handling ~700+ OPD patients/day. The hospital covers all NMC-required departments including General Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Radiology, Emergency, and ICU.
