KMCRI started in 2020; its first MBBS batch (2020-21) is expected to complete internship and graduate in 2025-26. As of 2025, placements have not formally commenced. Per Shiksha student review: 'Our college placement hasn't started yet because our first batch will be passing in 2025. Almost all students are going to get an internship in our college-affiliated hospital, Bharuch Civil.' Post-MBBS, graduates pursue PG (NEET PG), join government health services, or practice in private hospitals. Internship stipend: ~₹17,000/month (Gujarat norms). Compulsory rural service bond penalty applies after MBBS if rural service not rendered.
