ESIC Medical College is a newly established government medical college. Traditional campus placements are not applicable to medical institutions. After completing MBBS and 1-year internship, all graduates must serve 1 year in an ESIC or ESI scheme institution (bond service). After bond completion, graduates can pursue NEET-PG/NEXT for postgraduate studies or join government/private hospitals. The bond penalty of ₹5,00,000 + 12% interest applies on non-compliance.
