GVP Teaching Hospital – 750+ beds (expanded from initial 300 beds), multi-specialty tertiary care hospital. NABH and NABL certified. Treats 1,200+ outpatients daily. 5 major operation theatres, 2 minor OTs. Critical care: 15-bed ICU, ICCU, MICU, SICU, NICU. Diagnostic: MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, BSL-2 Lab, clinical labs (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology), Radiology. RHTC – Gidijala, located 19 km from the college, for rural health training. UHTC – Pedawaltair, located 15 km from the college, for urban health training. Both centres used for Community Medicine practical training as per NMC norms.

Two large lecture halls each with 180-seat capacity, equipped with e-class (smart classroom) facilities and audio-visual aids. Examination hall with 250-seat capacity equipped with CCTV and mobile signal jammer. Each department has seminar and demonstration rooms.

Separate hostel blocks for male and female medical students, PG residents, and staff. Accommodation on twin-sharing basis with non-AC (₹1.5 L/yr) and AC options (₹2.1 L/yr). Each room furnished with beds, study tables, chairs, and cupboards. Mess providing vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Recreation room, gymnasium, parking facility, sports area, and modern gymnasium on campus.
