Yes. Geetanjali Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Bhankrota, Jaipur is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The NMC approval was granted for the academic session 2024–25, with the first MBBS batch commencing in 2025–26. It is also affiliated with Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur, which conducts examinations and awards the MBBS degree.
GIMS Jaipur offers 150 MBBS seats per academic year. Admissions are conducted through the Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling process managed by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Rajasthan, via the official portal rajugneet.in. Candidates must qualify NEET UG and register for Rajasthan state counselling to be eligible for seat allotment. Seat allotment is based on NEET score, category, and candidate preference.
For the academic year 2025–26, the MBBS fee at GIMS Jaipur is approximately ₹19,25,000 per annum under the Private/State Quota .The total cost for the 4.5-year MBBS program (Private Quota) comes to approximately ₹86,62,500 excluding hostel fees.
