Dedicated ground-plus-one storeyed building next to the Girls' Hostel. Houses 12,000+ national and international books and 150 journals. Equipped with computers and tablets. Open Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm, Saturday 9 am–1 pm. Air-conditioned reading room accessible 24×7.

A modern seven-storeyed college building housing all pre-clinical and para-clinical departments. Ground floor: Dean's Office, Administrative sections, Anatomy dept. 1st floor: MEU, MYSY/CMSS Help Centre, Research Office (IHEC), Central Research Lab, Boys' Common Room, Community Medicine, Lecture Theatres 1 & 2. 2nd floor: Creche, Medical Store, Clinical Physiology Lab, Physiology dept, LT 3 & 4. 3rd floor: Examination Hall, Biochemistry dept, LT 5. 4th floor: Microbiology dept. 5th floor: Pharmacology Museum, ADR Monitoring Centre, Pharmacology dept. 6th floor: Pathology dept. 7th floor: Forensic Medicine dept.
