GMERS Navsari is a newly established college (2022); first MBBS batch will complete in approximately 2028 (2022 + 5.5 years). As such, formal MBBS placement data is not yet available. The 100% internship placement is guaranteed within the attached MGG Hospital (500+ beds). Post-MBBS graduates are expected to enter government health services (required by bond), pursue NEET PG specialization, or join private hospitals in South Gujarat. Government medical officer starting salary in Gujarat is approximately INR 70,000–75,000/month as of 2025. DNB residents receive stipend from INR 1,00,800/month (1st year) to INR 1,05,000/month (3rd year), with Senior Resident/Clinical Assistant at INR 1,10,880/month. South Gujarat (Navsari, Surat, Valsad belt) has one of the strongest private healthcare sectors in Gujarat, offering excellent employment prospects for MBBS graduates who complete their bond obligation. Navsari being the only medical college city in the district, graduates also benefit from strong local practice opportunities.
