Houses all 21 pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical departments. Lecture halls equipped with modern audiovisual aids and e-podiums support large-batch teaching. Operational since 1964; the primary teaching hospital attached to the college. 300–354 beds across all major specialties. Provides 24×7 emergency services, OPD, IPD, diagnostic laboratory, blood bank, radiology, pharmacy, and medico-legal services. Conducts community health camps for rural and tribal populations in Narmada district.

Separate hostels for male and female MBBS students, and a dedicated hostel for resident doctors/interns. Rooms are furnished (bed, table, chair, cupboard) with in-house mess, high-speed Wi-Fi, recreation/common rooms, clean drinking water, and 24-hour security.
