Houses all pre-clinical and para-clinical departments — Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine — along with clinical departments: ENT, Ophthalmology, Medicine, Surgery, OBG, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Anaesthesia, Radiodiagnosis, Dermatology, Psychiatry, TB & Respiratory, Dentistry. First and Second MBBS timetables, Foundation Course structure, and all curriculum documents (Years 1–4) published on official portal. MEU, ADR Monitoring Cell, IEC active.

Sanctioned capacity: 650 beds (~300 currently functional, expanding). 24×7 Emergency & Trauma, Trauma ICU (with Ventilators), NICU, PICU, Blood Bank, Dialysis, MRI, Digital X-Ray, Sonography, LIS, ART Centre, CM SETU Super-Specialty program, Mortuary (Cold Storage). All major clinical departments covered.

2,400 sq.m. on 2nd floor of college building. 4,010 books and Indian/foreign medical journals. Two student reading rooms (75-student capacity each) and one staff reading room. E-library with 40 computers. Open weekdays 9 AM–5 PM.

Volleyball court, badminton court, indoor games (table tennis, carrom), gymnasium on the 28-acre campus. Playground available for outdoor physical activities.
