For 2025-26: Government Quota (State Quota) annual tuition fee is INR 3,75,000/year; total for 4.5 years approx. INR 16,87,500. NRI Quota fee: USD 25,000/year. Hostel fee: INR 6,000/year (boys and girls). Additional charges: examination fees as applicable. Fees are paid online via the official GMERS CCAvenue/Axis Bank gateway. Fees are subject to revision by the regulatory authority.
The Central Library is located on the second floor of the college building, spanning approximately 2,400 square metres. It houses 4,010 books and magazines, including Indian and foreign medical journals. Two student reading rooms (each with 75-student capacity) and one staff reading room are available. An e-library with 40 computers provides digital learning access. Library hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Internship stipend: INR 21,840/month as per GMERS norms (CEO letter dated 06/09/2024). Post-MBBS, graduates must complete compulsory rural/government service as per Gujarat state government bond policy. The financial penalty for non-compliance is as specified in the bond signed at admission. Bond is applicable to all GMERS institutions. PG (Diploma DNB) residents may receive stipend as per GMERS norms; PG bond terms are less stringent than MBBS bond.
