Hostels and Campus Accommodation
Separate hostels for male and female MBBS and PG students within the 139-acre campus. Two large lecture halls each accommodating 250 students. Recreational facilities including football and hockey grounds, cricket pitch, tennis, basketball, badminton, volleyball courts, and a 400-metre athletics track.

Central Library
The GMC Library is one of the best-equipped medical college libraries in Kerala, housing thousands of medical texts, national and international journals, and digital resources. Reading rooms and 24x7 e-library access are provided for students. ₹60 crore invested in library infrastructure, new equipment, and academic resources in 2023.

1,950-Bedded Medical College Hospital (MCH)
The largest multi-specialty hospital in South Kerala with 1,950 beds (over 3,300 functional beds across the campus). Admits 80,000 inpatients per year; handles 7.5 million outpatient consultations. Performs 55 major and 125 minor operations and 35 vaginal deliveries and 15 caesarean sections per day. 90–95% bed occupancy year-round.

SAT Hospital (Sree Avittom Thirunal Hospital)
Dedicated Women and Children's Hospital on the campus, reporting one of the highest number of deliveries in Asia. A major referral centre for obstetrics, gynaecology, and paediatrics in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Developer of SAT Mix — used nationally to manage childhood malnutrition.
