HIMSR MBBS fee for General category: Annual tuition ₹16,00,000/year for years 1–4 (confirmed by Edufever: 'general category students, the annual tuition fee is ₹16,00,000 for the first four years'). Total tuition for 4.5 academic years: approximately ₹72,00,000. Total all-inclusive programme cost: approximately ₹72.4–₹74.9 lakhs. First-year total payable at admission: ₹20,78,000 (including registration ₹50,000, MCC caution deposit ₹2,00,000 refundable, college caution deposit ₹2,00,000 refundable, and other charges ₹1,28,000). Full annual fee must be paid in a single transaction — no installments. Hostel charges (₹7,000–₹1,70,000/year depending on room type) are additional. Internship stipend: ₹26,500/month.

NEET UG 2024 cutoffs via MCC Deemed University counselling: General category opening rank 28,571, closing rank 68,155 (corresponding to approximately 600–605 NEET marks). Muslim Minority category cutoff is significantly lower (~540 marks historically). NRI quota requires minimum ~250 marks (historical data). A safe score of 600+ is recommended for General category; 570+ for Muslim Minority category. During NEET 2021–2024, approximately 5 candidates per year received AIQ allotments at HIMSR. NOTE: Per Edufever (Dec 2025): NMC has allotted zero seats for current session — verify current status with NMC before applying.

HIMSR has 150 total NMC-approved MBBS seats. A unique distribution applies: 50% (75 seats) are reserved for Muslim Minority candidates — filled via MCC Deemed University counselling with a lower NEET cutoff requirement. The remaining seats (~35% open/general + ~15% NRI) are also filled via MCC Deemed University counselling. There is no state government-managed state quota at HIMSR (being a deemed university). All seats go through MCC's Deemed University counselling portal (mcc.nic.in). MCC caution deposit: ₹2,00,000 refundable.
