Smart classrooms with modern audio-visual teaching aids, ICT-enabled lecture halls, demonstration rooms, and examination halls support the NMC-mandated Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum. All teaching spaces are designed for interactive and technology-infused medical education. Regular CME programmes, workshops, and academic conferences are conducted.

The college is situated on a 5+ acre modern campus in Banbishnupur, Haldia, Purba Medinipur — one of West Bengal's most important industrial port cities. The campus is approximately 74 km from Kolkata Airport and just 2 km from Haldia Railway Station (Haldia Township Bus Stop: 5 km). It integrates the academic block, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital (500+ beds), hostel blocks, library, and support facilities in a compact, well-maintained layout.

A well-stocked library with a comprehensive collection of medical textbooks by national and international authors, e-journals, digital databases, and a reading room. The library supports MBBS UG and PG students and faculty research.

Separate hostels for boys and girls are available on campus. Both AC and Non-AC room options are provided. Annual hostel fee is approximately ₹1.2 lakh. Hostel amenities include: hygienic mess; Wi-Fi connectivity; common rooms with TV; reading rooms; 24x7 CCTV surveillance with dedicated wardens; and laundry facilities.

State-of-the-art laboratories in each department support practical classes and research. All labs meet NMC standards across pre-clinical departments (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry) and para-clinical departments (Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology). Emergency laboratory services are available 24x7 through the hospital's central diagnostic lab.

The campus provides outdoor recreational and sports facilities for students. Students participate in inter-college and WBUHS-level sports events. Cultural activities and student clubs — including Mental Health Awareness programmes and International Yoga Day celebrations — promote holistic student development beyond academics.
