As per 2026 data, the annual B.Tech tuition fee at IIIT Bhopal is Rs. 2,26,800 (Rs. 1,13,400 per semester). Total 4-year tuition is approximately Rs. 9,07,200. With one-time charges in the 1st year, the total programme cost is approximately Rs. 10.5–11 lakhs. Hostel fees are separate: Boys Rs. 57,600–62,400/year (triple/double/single room) + bus Rs. 15,000; Girls Rs. 55,200/year + bus Rs. 15,000. SC/ST/PwD students receive full tuition fee waiver.
