Per the official AY 2025-26 fee structure, the per-semester institute fee is ₹1,35,000 (Sem 2–8) and ₹1,40,000 for Sem 1. This includes tuition ₹1,05,000 + academic ₹6,000 + electricity & internet ₹2,000 + maintenance ₹12,000 + IDF ₹5,000. Hostel fee is ₹22,800/semester and mess advance ₹25,000/semester. Total 4-year cost including hostel/mess is approximately ₹15 Lakhs. Fee is the same for all students regardless of category.

IIIT Una is located at Village Saloh, Tehsil Haroli, District Una (HP) – 177209. Una is a major town in Himachal Pradesh with good road connectivity. The nearest railway station is Una Himachal and the institute is connected to Delhi via NH-503 and NH-503A. The Dharamshala/Gagal Airport is approximately 80 km away.
