IMS SUM Hospital Campus-II at Phulnakhara, Bhubaneswar, was established in 2024 and enrolled its first MBBS batch in AY 2024-25. It is the second MBBS campus of Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) Deemed University — the parent being IMS SUM Campus-I at Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar (established 2007).
