ITS-EC offers B.Tech in 7 specialisations: CSE, CSE-AI & ML, CSE-Data Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. All programmes under the School of Engineering and Technology, affiliated with AKTU.

For 2024–25 (All India): closing rank was 1,01,8294 for CSE (General). In 2025, the CSE AI category cutoff ranged from 5,58,588 (opening) to 11,22,982 (closing). Home State (UP) cutoff 2025: CSE closing rank ~13,00,002.

Hostel fees at ITS-EC range from ₹78,000 to ₹92,000 per year depending on room type. Two hostels are available — one for 1st-year students and another for 2nd–4th year students. Mess, Wi-Fi, medical support, and sports access are included.
