KIMS has separate hostels for: Boys (MBBS UG), Girls (MBBS UG), Interns, PG Residents, and Staff Nurses — five distinct hostel categories. First-year MBBS: hostel is compulsory. UG Hostel fee: 2-bedded AC ₹1,40,000/year; one-time admission ₹15,000. PG Resident hostel: single AC ₹2,20,000/year; one-time ₹15,000.
