As per the official fee structure on kiranmedicalcollege.ac.in: For AY 2025-26, the Government Quota tuition fee is Rs.10,14,000/year and Management Quota is Rs.19,40,000/year. NRI Quota fee is $27,500/year. For the previous AY 2024-25 batch: Government Quota was Rs.9,05,000/year, Management Quota Rs.17,32,000/year, NRI Quota $25,000/year. For the inaugural 2023-24 batch (Adhoc fees): Government Quota Rs.8,65,000/year and Management Quota Rs.16,00,000/year. Hostel fees (including mess) are Rs.1,26,000/year (Non-AC) or Rs.1,63,000/year (AC) applicable to all batches. Tuition is paid every 6 months as per FRC regulations.

All MBBS admissions at Kiran Medical College are strictly through ACPUGMEC (Gujarat state counselling at medadmgujarat.org) and MCC (AIQ). There is no direct admission by the college. Step-by-step: Qualify NEET-UG → Register on ACPUGMEC portal → Document verification at a Help Centre → Online choice filling → Seat allotment in multiple rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy) → Report to KMC Surat with documents and pay fees to confirm admission. A compulsory service bond must be executed at the time of admission.
