Annual MBBS tuition fee is approximately INR 7 lakh for merit/AC reserved category (total course fee ~INR 40.8 lakh for 5 years). Special fee ~INR 50,000/year, hostel INR 28,000–50,000/year (depending on room type), and mess INR 4,000/month. NRI quota is approximately INR 25 lakh/year.

The MOSC Medical Mission Hospital is a 1,100+ bedded super-specialty hospital equipped with MRI, 64-slice CT scanner, CathLab, 4D Ultrasound, and Dry Chemistry Lab. Super-specialty departments include Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Nephrology, Neonatology, Neurology, Oncology, Gastroenterology, Urology, and Plastic Surgery.

MOSC offers MD/MS programs in 19 departments including General Medicine, Paediatrics (5 seats), Anaesthesiology (3 seats), Psychiatry (3 seats), Radiodiagnosis (2 seats), OBG (3 seats), and General Surgery (1 seat). PG Diplomas are available in OBG, Anaesthesiology, Psychiatry, Neonatology, and Paediatrics. A super-specialty DM Neonatology (2 seats) is also offered.

MOSC Medical College was established in 2001 (operational from 2002), making it one of the older private medical colleges in Kerala. The MOSC Medical Mission Hospital attached to it has been functioning since 1970, originally as a 100-bed facility, now expanded to 1,100 beds.
