MIMS does not conduct formal placement drives — MBBS graduates pursue NEET PG for specialisation or enter Karnataka Government Health Services (Medical Officers in District Hospitals, CHCs, PHCs under DMER). Being located on the Bengaluru–Mysuru highway corridor and 90 km from Bengaluru, MIMS graduates have strong placement in both public and private healthcare sectors in the Bengaluru–Mysuru–Mandya region. Active research culture provides pathways for academic and research careers.
