Sports
The campus supports student physical activities and sports participation. Students are active in inter-college and inter-university sports events. Cultural activities, annual festival (held in November), social clubs, sports clubs, and NGO activities (including NMO India chapter) provide a vibrant student life beyond academics.

Central Library
A comprehensive central library with an extensive collection of medical textbooks, national and international journals, digital e-journal databases (accessible via internet facility), and a comfortable reading room. The library supports UG, PG, and super-specialty students and faculty researchers across all departments.

Laboratory
All clinical, para-clinical, and pre-clinical departments have well-equipped, modern laboratories meeting NMC standards. Advanced diagnostic services including NABL-standard Pathology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Radiology labs support the 1,370-bed hospital. Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy departments add unique diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities.

Campus
The campus is located at 88, College Street, College Square — in the heart of Kolkata's academic and cultural district, approximately 14 km from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport and well-connected by metro (Central station). The campus blends iconic colonial architecture (British-era heritage buildings) with modern medical infrastructure, housing the main academic block, the 1,370-bed teaching hospital, hostel buildings (including the New Hostel Building and Ratri Nibas Building), library, auditorium, and student amenities within a compact urban campus.

Hostel
Hostels for male and female students are available within the campus, including the New Hostel Building and the Ratri Nibas Building (girls' hostel). Room options include both two-seater and single-seater rooms equipped with a study table and chair. Mess service provides meals three times a day with evening tea and snacks. Wi-Fi connectivity, common study areas, and 24x7 security are available. Annual hostel fee is approximately ₹6,000. PG and rented rooms are also available in the surrounding College Street area (though at higher cost).

Classrooms & Lecture Theatres
The college has well-equipped lecture halls and seminar rooms across all departments. All teaching spaces are equipped with modern audio-visual aids and ICT-based tools supporting the NMC-mandated Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) framework. Faculty members are among the best in West Bengal, providing rigorous academic training. Regular CME programmes, workshops, and academic conferences are conducted.
