The Central Medical Library spans over 4,000 square metres (located on the 3rd floor) and houses more than 18,000 medical textbooks, Indian and foreign journals, and digital library resources. It has separate reading rooms for undergraduates (capacity 300), postgraduates/interns (capacity 200), and teaching staff (capacity 100). Library hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

Associated with the college, GG Hospital is the second-largest hospital complex in Gujarat with a bed strength of over 1,275. It features 50 inpatient wards, 10 operation theatres, 24/7 Emergency & Trauma Care, OPDs across all specialties, and serves as the primary clinical training site for MBBS and PG students. High patient inflow from across the Saurashtra-Kutch region ensures rich clinical exposure.

Separate hostels for undergraduate boys, undergraduate girls, and postgraduate students within the campus. Hostels include mess facilities, canteen access, 24-hour water supply, sports areas, and basic room furnishings.

The college has modern, fully equipped laboratories for Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology. Labs are equipped with advanced instruments supporting practical learning and research aligned with CBME guidelines.
