Pharmacy College Azamgarh (PCA) offers D.Pharm (Diploma, 2 years), B.Pharm (Bachelor, 4 years), B.Pharm Lateral Entry (3 years), and M.Pharm in three specialisations — Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Pharmacology (each 2 years). All courses are approved by PCI and AICTE, affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow.

For B.Pharm admission at PCA, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics with a minimum of 50% marks. Admission is through UPCET (AKTU state counselling). Lateral entry into 2nd year is available for D.Pharm holders with 60% marks.
