As a government medical college, RCSM GMC does not conduct campus placement drives. Post-MBBS pathways: (1) NEET PG for MD/MS — RCSM GMC's strong state government college brand gives alumni a competitive edge in Maharashtra state quota PG counselling; (2) Maharashtra government health services via MPSC competitive examination; (3) Joining district hospitals and PHCs under Maharashtra government (compulsory bond service); (4) Private hospitals in western Maharashtra and Konkan region; (5) Independent practice. Over 1,500 MBBS graduates since inception are serving in India and abroad. MBBS internship stipend: ₹11,000–₹15,000/month. Average starting salary in Maharashtra government health services: ₹8–15 LPA. In private hospitals: ₹8–12 LPA for MBBS.
