As a newly established private medical college (est. 2023), RKMCHRC does not yet have formal campus placement drives. Most MBBS graduates pursue MD/MS via NEET PG, join MP state health services via MPPSC/health department selection, join private hospitals, or set up independent clinical practice. Compulsory rural bond service of 1 year post-internship is applicable; compensation during bond approximately ₹50,000–₹60,000/month. MBBS internship stipend as per MP government norms. First batch eligible for internship from AY 2028-29 onwards.
