The annual MBBS tuition fee at RMC Loni (PIMS) under the General/Management quota is ₹19,00,000 per annum, with a total approximate cost of ₹95,00,000 over 5 years. Fees remain constant for the first three years and then increase by 15%. An additional 5% eligibility fee is charged on the tuition fee. For NRI/OCI quota students, the fee is US $1,11,760 per annum. Hostel charges are separate: ₹1,25,000/year (single) or ₹60,000/year (double) for MBBS students.

Admissions at PIMS Loni are through MCC Deemed University counselling. The NEET UG 2024 General category opening rank was 58,014 and the closing rank was 1,31,857. In 2025, the Round 1 opening cut-off marks were 496 (vs 616 in 2024). Cutoffs vary annually. All ranks refer to All India Ranks under the MCC Deemed University category. SC/ST/OBC candidates have relaxed cutoffs.
