As per the official UG Fee Notice AY 2024-25 (Image 2 screenshot — for Semesters II, IV, VI, VIII, X) and the AY 2025-26 fee structure (dated 01.08.2025): Per semester fee for Indian students: (1) Gen/OBC – income above Rs.5 Lakh: Registration Rs.1,500 + Enrolment Rs.5,000 + Tuition Rs.50,000 + Development Rs.5,000 + Academic Support Rs.5,000 + Extra-Curricular Rs.1,000 + Conference/Seminar Rs.1,000 + Student Aid Rs.1,000 + Examination Rs.1,500 + Group Insurance Rs.1,000 = Rs.72,000/semester. (2) Gen/OBC – income up to Rs.5 Lakh + SC/ST/PwD: Tuition Rs.25,000 (all others same) = Rs.47,000/semester. (3) EWS: Tuition waived (Rs.0) = Rs.22,000/semester. Total B.Arch (5 yrs = 10 sem): Rs.7,20,000 / Rs.4,70,000 / Rs.2,20,000. Total B.Plan (4 yrs = 8 sem): Rs.5,76,000 / Rs.3,76,000 / Rs.1,76,000.
