SBIMS does not conduct formal campus placement drives. Instead, students have the freedom to apply to leading organisations independently. The college claims a near 100% placement rate with graduates joining government health services, private hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and research organisations. MBBS graduates must first complete the compulsory rural service bond before joining private sector. The Shri Balaji Group's 2000-strong hospital network provides in-house employment opportunities to talented graduates.
