SGCP Bagpat offers three courses: D.Pharm (2 years, 60 seats, affiliated BTE Lucknow), B.Pharm (4 years, 60 seats, affiliated AKTU), and M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (2 years, 18 seats, AKTU). All courses are approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi.

B.Pharm graduates from SGCP can work in pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, community pharmacies, drug regulatory bodies, and research organizations. Key employers include Cipla, Mankind Pharma, Ranbaxy (Sun Pharma), GSK, Piramal Healthcare, and Dr. Reddy's. Students can also pursue M.Pharm or further research careers.

Admission to B.Pharm at SGCP is through CUET UG counselling conducted by NTA. For D.Pharm, JEECUP (Joint Entrance Examination Council UP) conducted by NTA is required. Direct admission is also available under the Management Quota for remaining seats after counselling.
