SUT Hospital, with 470 beds and 1,150+ outpatients daily, provides comprehensive clinical training across all major specialties. It is recognised for pioneering cardiac procedures in Kerala. The SUT Royal Hospital near Ulloor is an additional affiliated facility.

A 1,600 sq.mt. central library housing 7,149 books and 79 journals (44 Indian and 35 foreign), e-journals via IP-based access, reading rooms for 100 students (inside) and 20 staff, and an internet room with 7 computers.

Three air-conditioned examination halls with a combined seating capacity of 250 students, equipped with CCTV and mobile jammers. Multiple lecture theatres with LCD projectors, microphones, and audio-visual aids.

Boys Hostel: 270 capacity. Girls Hostel: 466 capacity across 3 buildings (160 UG rooms, 60 PG/resident rooms, 40 nurse rooms). All hostels have common rooms, recreation facilities, 24-hour security, laundry, and mess. Annual hostel fee ~₹1,14,200 (UG) and ~₹1,50,000 (PG).
