TSMMCH is situated on a sprawling 76-acre green campus near Amausi Railway Station and Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow. The campus provides an integrated medical education environment combining academic buildings, the teaching hospital, hostel blocks, laboratories, library, and sports facilities — all within walking distance.

The college has 4 Gallery-type Lecture Halls with a seating capacity of 180 each at the Academic Block, plus 1 Lecture Hall with a capacity of 200 at the Hospital Block. Additionally, there are Demonstration Halls, Examination Halls (2 halls with 250-seat capacity each), and Common Rooms for Boys and Girls. All lecture halls are equipped with modern audio-visual aids including LCD projectors and electronic boards. Smart classrooms support interactive and ICT-based CBME teaching.

All departments have modern, fully-equipped laboratories. The college features a latest Medical Skills Lab and departmental museums across all pre-clinical and para-clinical departments (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine). Unique technology-driven equipment makes each departmental lab a high-standard learning space. Research and publications are actively conducted by the faculty.

Separate hostel blocks for boys and girls are located on campus. Annual hostel fee ranges from ₹1.75 lakh to ₹3 lakh depending on the accommodation type (AC or Non-AC). Hostel facilities include mess/dining hall, recreation room, reading room, 24x7 security, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
