A well-equipped central library with a curated collection of standard medical textbooks, national and international journals, digital e-resources, and a comfortable reading room with Wi-Fi connectivity. Library resources cater to MBBS UG students and PG residents. The library is actively calling for quotation for supply of additional books and journals (as per recent notice).

Modern lecture halls equipped with audio-visual aids and ICT-based teaching infrastructure. Smart classrooms support the NMC-mandated Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum. Demonstration halls and examination halls are also part of the academic block.

All pre-clinical and para-clinical departments have fully functional, modern laboratories. The Biochemistry department, established in 2021 with the first MBBS batch, is known for its academic activities, diagnostic services, and research work. The Pathology department has well-equipped labs for Histopathology, Cytopathology, and Haematology. Regular training sessions on Biomedical Waste Management are conducted for doctors, nursing staff, and hospital personnel.

The college is set on a 50-acre campus in the Siddiqpur area on Shahganj Road, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. The campus houses an academic building, administrative block, an in-campus teaching hospital, and separate residential and hostel areas for male and female students and faculty. The surrounding area is a serene, semi-rural environment approximately 40 km from Varanasi Airport. Infrastructure is under active expansion and development as the college grows.
