The main academic block is a 3-storeyed building with a covered area of more than 6,00,000 sq. ft. It houses spacious, gallery-type, technology-infused lecture halls in both the college and hospital, examination halls, common rooms for boys and girls, and demonstration rooms. All lecture halls are equipped with audio-visual aids and ICT-based teaching tools to support the NMC-mandated Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) framework.

Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are available on campus. Annual hostel fee is ₹1,50,000. Hostel facilities include a hygienic mess/dining hall, reading rooms, recreation rooms with indoor games, 24x7 CCTV surveillance, Wi-Fi connectivity, dedicated wardens, laundry, and housekeeping.

The 35-acre campus has dedicated playground areas for outdoor sports including cricket, football, volleyball, and badminton. Students actively participate in inter-college and inter-university sports events. Cultural activities and annual college fests support holistic student development.

All clinical and non-clinical departments are fully equipped with modern laboratories meeting NMC standards. Departmental museums with specimen displays are available across pre-clinical and para-clinical departments (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine). Clinical Skill Lab supports hands-on procedural training.

The campus is spread over 35 acres on NH-24 (Delhi–Lucknow Highway) in Village Banthra, Shahjahanpur — providing a lush, pollution-free, and modern learning and healthcare environment. The campus houses the main academic block, Rohilkhand Hospital (teaching hospital), doctor and staff quarters, resident doctor hostel, separate boys and girls hostels, playground, and all support facilities.

A well-stocked library with a comprehensive collection of MBBS and PG-level medical textbooks, national and international journals, digital e-resources, and a digital library section. The library caters to all years of MBBS and PG students. Research publications by faculty are actively supported.
