The library caters to all years of MBBS students and PG residents, supporting both clinical practice and research.

VIMS is situated on a sprawling 26-acre clean and pollution-free campus on NH-24 (Delhi–Haridwar Highway) in Gajraula, Amroha District, UP — approximately 90 km from Delhi and 25 km from Moradabad. The campus integrates the academic block, Venkateshwara Hospital, hostel blocks, library, sports grounds, and all support facilities in a cohesive, modern layout that provides an excellent medical education environment.

Separate, well-furnished hostels for boys and girls are available on campus. Annual hostel fee is ₹1,50,000. Room options include AC and Non-AC single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. Technology-infused gallery-type lecture halls seating large batches of students, an examination hall with a seating capacity of 280, demonstration halls, common rooms for boys and girls, and seminar rooms are provided. All lecture theatres are equipped with audio-visual aids including LCD projectors, electronic boards, and Wi-Fi — supporting the NMC-mandated Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) framework and interactive learning.

Each department has its own fully-equipped modern laboratory meeting NMC standards, including departmental museums with specimen displays across pre-clinical departments (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry) and para-clinical departments (Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine). A latest Medical Skills Lab supports procedural and clinical skill training for MBBS students. The Central Diagnostic Laboratory provides Biochemistry, Pathology, and Microbiology investigations for inpatients. Emergency laboratory services are available 24x7.
